    Hi there I have imported a demo site as attached below but the issue I am facing is the slider, partners slider, portfolio, blog posts are out of the box but the demo preview I saw before importing it was all in the box and when I imported it, it is now not the same I have tried it with the ‘Yellow Pencil Pro’ but It didn’t work for me. Please fix these things I am attaching my login credentials.

    Hi @its_mohsinali,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    It seems you are using the redux framework so please deactivate the Unyson plugin on your website as it conflicts with the Redux framework and check whether it resolves your issue.

    Solution for this topic

    I logged into your website and resolved it by setting the Row Stretch option of the row to Default as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Could you please confirm it?

    Perfect, that’s resolved but one more thing, please.

    See the image I’ve attached there is a spacing on both of the sides left and right marked with red lines and this is not only on the slider you can see that it is on all the elements that are fixed recently.

    Please fix them also to the exact box and remove that empty spaces.

    This gap or spacing is also showing on my mobile view also check it out.

    Solution for this topic

    You can resolve this by adding the below CSS code in the Custom CSS option of Ivory Search plugin settings on the path Admin Area -> Ivory Search -> Settings -> Settings

     

    #page-container .container.entry-content {
    padding-left: 0 !important;
    padding-right: 0 !important;
}

    Hello, I did the same that you said but a few of the things are now coming out of the box.

    See the attached things and please it’s huge respect that log in to my site and fix it actually I really don’t know how to fix that.
