    Hello,

    We want to send email from a form but it’s impossible with this error :

    Invalid sending method

    I have test with WP-MAIL and SMTP and it’s same error.

    When I test with a “test connection”, nothing happens (see the attachment)

    Please check whether the email gets sent from your site using the following plugin which will help us to troubleshoot the issue.

    Yes it’s work but not from the form of Jevelin.

    It seems you are using custom email address on your site so please use contact form SMTP method and make sure to configure its settings correctly.

    If still it doesn’t work for you then could you please share me the page URL from your site where you are using it so that i can troubleshoot it?

    I tested it on your site and found the form is generating Invalid Sending Method error as shown in the attached screenshot so please makes sure you are using correct contact form sending method.

    I can’t troubleshoot the issue further as shared user credentials are not for admin user so could you please make that user admin until we troubleshoot the issue?

    Now i could access the contact form settings but found you have not configured the contact form Mailer settings as shown in the attached screenshot so could you please configure it?

    Hello,

    I fill the form. I tried with wp-mail and SMTP and nothing works.

    I confirm, update and go bak on the site, I still have the same error message.

    When I go back on the settings page, my changes have gone as I have never done anything, that’s why you told me to fill it.

    Then please share me your SMTP settings in the private reply which i can use to test the issue. Without these details i can’t troubleshoot the issue.

     

    Also please test it temporary deactivating the maintenance mode on your site.

    Hello,

    We want to use wp-mail, we don’t need any SMTP settings.

    But even with SMTP settings, nothing works because they are not taken into account.

    I have already tried to disable the maintenance mode but the problem is still there.

    Thank you for your patience and sharing the SMTP details.

     

    I tried to install following plugin to check whether SMTP working fine on your site but the plugin didn’t install as it requires FTP details.

    Could you please install that plugin on your site?

     

    Also in the meanwhile you can use following plugin to display contact form on your site.

    Hello,

    WP-MAIL-SMTP is installed and the test is OK but there is always impossible to send a email from the form on my homepage.

     

    Is there not a problem with your Unyson plugin? because, I have another wordpress website on this server without this plugin and everything work fine.

    Yes it seems Unyson plugin is not working fine on your site.

     

    Please see the first screenshot taken from my site and second screenshot taken from your site.

     

    Try deleting and reinstalling the Unyson plugin.

     

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

     

    If you want temporary solution then you can use the following plugin.

    Hello,

    OK, I have found, this is the plugin : Easy HTTPS (SSL) Redirection (https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/https-redirection).

    I have disabled this plugin and my email is OK.

    Do you know an HTTPS plugin compatible with your theme ?

    Hello,

    I have deleted and installed Easy HTTPS (SSL) Redirection and now everything is OK with my mail.

    I don’t understand but it’s works !
