First of all can you please try disabling performance optimization plugins and see if that helps?
I have disabled all the plugins, but unfortunately, the issue still persists.
I also tried changing the theme to a default one, and the problem remains 🙁
If the issue persist after switching to the default theme, then it isn’t related to the Jevelin theme. And in this case we recommend disabling plugins one by one and seeing if that helps or contacting your hosting support.
