    Hi,

     

    The Instagram Widget does not feed either sidebar or footer.

    I tryed to configure from Appareance – Widget – put Instagram user (@xxxx), but then when I refresh  from the site does not feed and appears just a message.

     

    What can I do?

    Have I missed some step?

    Please see photos attached

    However, the site is in “construction mode” so the only person that can see it is me (the adminitrator)

     

    What can I do to allow you to see it?

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and access it? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able to see it.”?

    Your shared site credentials are not working and I am getting below error so please make sure shared credentials are correct and working fine.

     

    ERROR : Invalid username
