    I can not find` – Appearance -> Install Plugins
    <div class=”navbar-header”>I need upgrade WP Bakery but it asks license and can not find also option of install plugins.</div>

    Please try to install them under Appearance > Install plugins page.

    We are using – Jevelin 4.6.5

    Oh, the latest version in 5.5.1

     

    Please try upgrading it and see if that works.
