    Hi @TooniesForChange,

     

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    It seems you have already tried to install the Unyson plugin on your site but the installation didn’t complete so please delete the unyson plugin directory from the following path on your site using FTP or cPanel file manager and then try installing the plugin.

     

    /home/content/a2pewpnaspod04_data05/97/41365497/html/wp-content/plugins/unyson/

    Can you please let me know how to access my FTP -or- how to find my Security Access Key (I’ve added a cPanel plugin and it’s asking for it).

    You will get access of it from your web host so please contact your web host regarding this.
