on my homepage, revolution slider with the Jevelin theme does not load in IE11 you find under the menu item ‘Praxen’.
I switched to wordpress twenty-sixteen theme and it worked with and without all plugins switched on.

This can be a child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site child theme issue.

thanks, it worked with Twenty Seventeen. If it is a child-theme issue, would it mean, it should work with the parent theme? Because it doesn’t.

Could you please display the slider so that I can troubleshoot it?

You will find it under the menu-point “Praxen”.
There are actually two slides called “Poppenhausen” and “Schmalenau”.

It seems the slider is working fine on your shared page.
