    Which internet explorer version are you using?

     

    Please make sure that you are using below the latest version of the theme.

    Also please try clearing and temporarily deactivating the WP Super Cache that you are using on your shared site.

    Hi!

     

    Thanks for your fast answer! We tried to deactivate WP Super Cache but it don’t works. We are using the latest theme and i think the IE explorer version was the last. So it should be 11 i think…

    I can see you are also using autoptimize cache on your site so please disable it.

     

    Also, could you please share me the screenshot of the issue?
