If I attempt to download “creative” demo, the screen goes gray and nothing is downloaded. I have tried other demos. No success.
All plugins have been downloaded.
I disabled SiteGround Security Optimizer plugin to ensure it was not a problem.
I found the issue. Demo download. Fixed.
However, WPBakery and Slider Revolution plugins cannot update.
Slider Revolution will not accept my license key and WPBakery has no method to update on the user side.
I should not have to pay for individual licenses for WPBakery nor Slider Revolution.
