Hi Ced,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Sure we can help.
Could you please tell me exactly what is not displaying correctly on iPad visiting your site by sharing a screenshot of it if possible?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Please make sure that you are using below latest version of theme and also use latest versions of plugins.
Please login to access this file
Please temporary remove any custom CSS code that you are using on your site.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any or use following plugin to check it.
Hi,
I have disabled animation “slide in right” for those images and then it appears on the iPad. However, the hamburger menu button is not responsive to any touch and does not show up the menu.
What could I do?
Regards,
Ced
I tried to access your shared site to troubleshoot the issue but I am getting an error message as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure that it is accessible so that I troubleshoot the issue.
The website address is https://sgpano.com
The site should be up. I have upgraded to the latest version of php 7.2.11 and the problem still persist.
Please help check.
Thank you.
Regards,
Ced.
Please also note that the menu button is not working too. It is not responsive to any touches.
Thank you.
Regards,
Ced.

I don’t have real iPad so I tested it on a simulator and it worked fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Do you face the same issue on the below demo site?

Hi,
I have tried disabling most of the plugins and the problem stills exist. The entire site and the hamburger menu button still does not load and run properly.
I have tried with other iPads and both safari and chrome browser, the site still does not load and run properly.
I have also loaded the demo site of jevelin foodie on the iPads, and it displays the same problems.
Could you get hold of a physical iPad and test it? Or check with the theme developer? I could film a video of the problem for you if needed.
I have notified the theme developer to test it.
Could you please also share us screencast of the issue which will help us to troubleshoot it?
The theme developer tested it on iPad and it is working fine for him as displayed in the below shared videos.

I have loaded both sites on ipad and both site has similar problems.

It’s really weird.
Please make sure you have disabled your browser extensions and If possible, please test it on different iPad or on a different browser than chrome and safari browsers.
Hi, I have the same problem described by Nibbhaya with the drop-down menu. A customer has told me that he can not open the menu on a third generation iPad, and I have been able to check it on a LG Bello mobile phone and it does not work either.
However, in 4th generation iPads it works correctly.
It’s the same with both the Nibbhaya website and jevelin.shufflehound.com
Any news with this matter?
Sorry for my english
Greetings.
@CarmenCaelo Thank you for providing additional information.

Perfect, thank you very much.
