    Hi,

    I just purchased the Jevelin Theme and there’s a Jquery bug in the theme and this bug is causing some content invisibilty issues. I can’t see text on the homepage which actually exists but isn’t vivible beause of the bug and also facing issues loading some content.

    Currently website has only dummy content but I tried adding my own content but still I am facing the issue.

    Please provide me a solution for this bug. I shall be very thankful.

    It seems the theme jQuery script is causing the issue as jQuery is updated in the latest WordPress version 5.5

     

    The issue will be fixed ASAP in the upcoming version of the theme.

     

    In the meanwhile, you can fix it by using the attached custom plugin.

    Thanks. It works on front end very well same as the plugin JQuey Updater but theme customization panel icons are still not showing up.

    Thank you Shufflehound Support, we installed the the custom plugin and it resolved the product images not showing, a couple items on the homepage not showing as well as the Square checkout fields being unclickable. So, this will work until the theme update comes out. Thank you so much for this hotfix. πŸ™‚

    Yes, the issue will be fixed in the upcoming version of the theme along with theΒ  customization panel icons issue.

    The issue is resolved in the below latest version of theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I have already downloaded the updated theme from Themeforest and installed. Previous jQuery content loading issue has been resolved but now the color picker doesn’t close after clicking in the theme customization panel.

    I have attached the screenshot.

    I haven’t tried the beta version of the theme yet which is attached with the last message. Please let me know if the color pallete issue won’t occur in that beta version so I will use this instead of the updated version from themeforest.

    I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.

    Hello,

    Since the WordPress 5.5 update, now Imagify developed by WP Media does not appear to be working. Previously my images were converted and displayed as .webp format successfully on the live site, now they display as original on the live site. I’m not sure if this is related to Jevelin or if Imagify just has to release an update for WordPress 5.5, but I figured I’d let you know anyway.

    @vanceglobalworld That is related to the Imagify plugin so please contact the plugin support to resolve it.
