    Hi there.

    I would like to know why my logo suddenly vanished and is replaced by the tagline after updating the theme to Version 3.5.3.

    Does not matter whether I use jpg or png file format

    The logo kinda worked after I converted it to Webp file format. I wonder if this runs across the board or it is an isolated case. Thanks

    Also of note webp is not supported in many web platforms, especially Apple. I need a lasting solution.

    Could you please temporarily clear and deactivate the W3 Total Cache that you are using on your site so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Hi,

    Sorry I went off for long. Like you suggested, I turned off W3 Total Cache and all seem to be well. Of course I need W3 Total Cache to be again. See what you can do for me. Thanks

    Then please clear the W3 Total Cache and if still the issue persists then please contact W3 Total Cache support to configure it correctly.
