I’m noticing that the loopable Vimeo videos play on all devices except for the Samsung Galaxy S8’s native browser (“Internet”). I think this falls outside the purview of Jevelin theme support, but hoped someone might help me troubleshoot to see if this issue can be resolved.

I’ve gotten a chance to go through your suggestions. The first link says to check a box to allow videos to play on mobile. The second link says you no longer need to check a box to allow videos to play on mobile as this is done automatically for you. The third link seems to be a support thread that was unresolved when the technician asked the user for access to his/her wordpress.
