Dear Team,
i am using polylang with your template, because i need to offer english (LTR) as well as arabic (RTL). Somehow it seems that your template either support LTR or RTL? But you cannot use both (specified by polylang) with your template?
My setup: I have defined the specific direction within the polylang-languages.
I have also tried to enable RTL support in the Theme settings. But this doesnt really work.
Or do i oversee something?

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Not sure exactly why the plugin doesn’t work well with theme but could you please could you please contact the plugin developer to find out exact reason?

When i enable the function in the settings then it works only for RTL. when i put it to off, it only works for LTR.
Can you confirm that the theme only support one of it at the time.

Many thanks for clarifying. We were not aware of that. We purchased the theme cuz we thought it supports RTL and LTR at the same time. Is it possible to return cancel our purchase and get a refund?
