I logged into your shared site and saw it is also happening with the default Twenty Nineteen theme so this is not the theme specific issue but your site issue.

Hi I am still having the same issue and problems. I cant see my media library or upload any new images. This all occurred after the latest word press updates.
We even contacted the web host and and also disabled the imagick. I tried all the steps in the links you provided.
Can you troubleshoot and let me know whats happening? I cant even see the media library at all.
This forum is for Jevelin support and as said above your issue is not related to the theme and it also occurs with other WordPress default themes.
You can try reinstalling WordPress on your site as described in the below page or contact your theme host to do it.
