    Please help, the Unyson mega menu has stopped working on my website https://openquality.by/ .The plugins turned off and on, but nothing helped. In the menu section there is no checkbox selection “mega menu”.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.

     

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    Solution for this topic

    I logged into your site and found out that it is not working because of Popup Maker plugin that you are using.

     

    I have deactivated the Popup Maker plugin on your site so could you please check it?

     

    Please contact the Popup Maker plugin support to resolve the issue.
