Dear Support Team,
I have different layouts of the dropdown menu in the header on my wordpress page, depending weather the menu is in english or in german. Please see https://equwin.com/ and https://equwin.com/en/equwin-home-2/ for reference.
How can I change the menu so that the english version is adapted to the german one?

You can try achieving this using Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.
