The submenus on our site are not showing when you hover over the arrow.

Also, the side menu shown on the demo is no where to be found. If it’s custom code, why is this not given to us (this is the whole reason the company chose this theme).
We were planning on having our site live today…

Anyone? Seems like I can never get the “support” I need with this thing :/

    Hi @LaceyStarkCo,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

The submenus on our site are not showing when you hover over the arrow.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.

Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that i can troubleshoot it?

This is not theme feature but custom so not available to use for theme users but we have added this as a feature request so that it will be implemented in the future version of theme.</div>
    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

I could confirm the issue on your shared site.

Please make sure you are using latest version of theme and clear the WP rocket cache that you are using on your site.

Have you made any changes in the theme files or using child theme?

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Thank you! That worked.

But now, because I cannot use the script for the side menu, is there a way to add a secondary header menu like this one?

    (Sorry, second attachment, not first)

To display the side menu, you can use the attached small plugin specially developed for you that contains some custom code. Only some editing might be required.
