Unfortunately, my site was a victim of a Yellow Pencil hacker and I’m having to recreate.
The nav/Rev slider used to work like this (a mirror of my site from Nov 2018) with a beautiful sticky/transparent/responsive header: https://web.archive.org/web/20180810001152/http://julianasacademyofdance.com/
But now, I can NOT find the setting to remove the white space from the default template and the pages look like this:

I’d really like to get my global settings in order before I recreate all the pages…Could you please help? Thank you.

Shufflehound teamyellow pencil is no longer installed on the site and we completely reloaded as the DB was compromised as well as the backup DB. So the good news is, the site is “safe”. the bad news is I fail to recall the steps I took to get the navigation looking the way I liked it…and having trouble overcoming the white gap on the pages.

I can see the menu is displaying fine on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.
You can remove the white space from the top of the pages by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
