    Hello, my name is Jerome

     

    I purcashed the Jevelin theme for WordPress and installed all fresh and new.

    I also installes ALL updates aso…

     

    But wehen I open the Theme Customizer I only geht something to set in the first Items, from “General” “Styling” “Header” “Footer” aso.. every Item is EMPTY and I could not configure anything !?!? Why are they empty?

     

    I hope anyone can help?

    Hi @Channel19,

     

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    Please make sure you are using latest versions of plugins and following version of theme on your site.

     


    Please login to access this file

     

    If your still faces the issue then this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
