In newsrooms, multiple authors work on stories. It would be helpful if this theme, being a news magazine-type theme, had multiple post author support. This could be implemented with the Co-Author Plus plugin, which allows you to select multiple authors and create guest authors, which is required because newsrooms often hire freelance journalists.
I have been working to integrate the plugin but I’m not having much success because the gillion_post_meta function in helpers-blog.php is written in a way that only one author could ever be possible.
I love the gillion theme, but multiple author support is mandatory in a real-world functioning newsroom.
Also, I apologize in advance if this is not the proper forum for posting feature requests.
