    Hi,

     

    I have added sendgrid plugin and tested it via sending email to my gmail account.

    But I am not able to send emails via contact us form on website. I am pretty sure missing to use sendgrid smtp correctly in contact us form. Can you please guide me?

    Could you please share me the screenshot of the contact form settings that you have configured?

     

    Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    I logged into your shared site and saw you have not configured the contact us form SMTP settings as shown in the attached screenshot so please configure it.
