Hi guys,
I have noticed that when using Chrome (on Mac) and visiting my homepage, it says ‘Not Secure’. It also turns to red letters when you input your email address (links through to Mailchimp). Any ideas what I need to do in order to stop this? I am worried it’s going to alert people and put them off inputting their data onto my landing page.
See attached screenshot.
Thanks,
James
Hi James,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems you missed to attach screenshots so could you please share it?
Also could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Apologies, my bad. It should be attached now.
URL is http://www.bikesociety.co
Solution for this topic
It is not about the theme but about your site that it doesn’t use HTTPS and collects information from user.
You can get more information about it on the following page as displayed in the attached screenshot.
