Nothing is really working how I expect it to. For example, if I go to customize and change the header style it just stays the same. Also, the top menu has disappeared even though its location is set to the header.

I have also attempted changing colors of various buttons and hover states, and in the backend they say they are changed, but when I preview them, they look exactly the same.

    Hi @hbowman,

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Jevelin theme.

Please make sure that you have activated the theme required plugins such as Unyson plugin.

Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,

Thanks for the reply. I put the site URL in the private information field. All of the required plugins (including Unyson) had already been installed, updated, and activated. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the demo content for the page I was working from (Fitness) and it works now under certain conditions.

If I make changes by going to appearance>theme settings it will actually update now. However, if I try to make the same changes via the customize tab, there is no effect. Before I uninstalled and reinstalled, it didn’t matter where I was trying to make changes, none of them had any effect.

I should note that I disabled all of the plugins except Brizy, One Click Demo Import, Slider Revolution, Unyson, and WPBakery Page Builder for the second install.

    Thanks for your help!

Please try clearing Endurance Page Cache that you are using on your site.

Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
