This theme has been a massive pain to work with. Please assist.

I’m using the Jevelin Automotive template, and within the #services row, there are six boxes to be filled in. I had filled them in with information just fine, but while attempting to make the header bar a solid white color (a setting I still can’t locate no matter how much I search), something changed within the site to crush those ordered lists in text boxes down to a single, overlapping line of text. I cannot see where this would have been a setting I could mess with. I have a client that needs this site at the end of the week. Please assist. Thank you.

This only seems to be affecting ordered lists, but it’s also affecting the spacing within the testimonials portion as well. I don’t know what broke, and I’m unsure about what I should do, beyond scrapping the entire website and starting from square one. This is, bar none, the most frustrating theme experience I’ve ever had. Things should not break to this degree.

Okay, I copied all of the code for every single element block I needed to recreate, I completely nuked the entire WordPress installation, and rebuilt everything from scratch. Once I had everything in place, I started going in to Appearance > Customize to alter the last few settings I needed to change.

When I went into the Styling section – where one sets a great many of the site’s default color schemes, etc. – that’s when the problem recreated itself, and couldn’t be undone. Thankfully, I just reverted the changes back, but I’ll now have to figure out how to commit these site-wide theming options without using the Customize menu, as even accessing that section crushes 40% of the site’s text.

It’s been 24h and I haven’t even heard a word on this from any developers. Would really love some help here.

3 days, no reply from the Shufflehound account, although there has been answers and updates made on other ticket threads. My client needs this website within 48 hours, and I cannot change the default colors of the theme because accessing the “Appearance > Customize > Styling” menu breaks the text formatting, permanently if any settings are saves after accessing said menu.

I also need to know where to change the theme / text / button colors on the top menu bar and surrounding the Contact Form 7 fields, because trying to change the theme’s defaults results in breaking the text formatting on a permanent basis.

Please assist. Let me know where I can alter the CSS manually, if I need to. I have all the hex & rgb codes I need, I just need to know where those color codes are located, because I can’t seem to find them anywhere when I go scouring over 50K lines of CSS code. Maybe you can help, especially when I purchased a theme with support from your company.

Edit: Left a one-star review on Envato Marketplace. I’ll be glad to change that if I can get the support that I was promised when I paid for the theme. Thanks.

    Hi there,

Sorry, recently we have had some issues with our support times.

We can offer to log in to your website and fix it for you if that is possible (you can share the login details in the private information field). Otherwise, a link to your website would help a lot to see your current setup and figure our how to fix it.

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound team
