Cannot get portfolio layout to work, my problems :
- Default – works fine
- Gallery Slider – shows only cover image
- Gallery dynamic slider – same as above
- Video slider – not working at all, just blank space
- Iframe slider – same as above
or mayby im doing something wrong, check pic attached, is that the place to add media to slider? VIDEO url is just bellow
im trying to do portfolio layout like on demo>photographer-freelancer, but porfolio imports without the dynamic slider not like shown on demo site.
If not resolved please how to get refund i bought this thru themeforest

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme.
It seems your website-specific issue.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
You have to configure the gallery images, Iframe & Video URLs in the fields as shown in the attached screenshot.

I dont have the box on the right “picture gallery” at all, its a wordpress bug not your theme. I deleted my page completely and installing new wordpress site and install theme fresh if it wont work then ill send You url’s etc.
I want to keep the theme really like it.

In the latest theme version, the location of the project gallery is moved as shown in the attached screenshot.
Then it dosnt work, did you even try?
I can add pics to this gallery but it only shows the feature pic in the slider gallery.Can you at least check it?
I mean FIRST PIC in this topic is showing YOU that im using that gallery and it dosnt work…..
how do i get a refundI could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.

Days, weeks, months? šWe troubleshoot the issue more and found out that it works fine after deactivating the Unyson plugin.
Could you please test it by deactivating the Unyson plugin on your website?
Almost didnt work but I had to make these steps
1- delete gallery
2- deactivate unyson
3- upload gallery again
Now it works
