The original creator of the site retired. I just came on board to help. Sometime in the past week, all the portfolios in Jevelin now appear as a 404 page not found. I am just getting into Jevelin and WPBakery, used to create the site, and when I looked at the portfolios to edit using the default editor, I see thumbnails of the images, but noting in the editable part of the page. Using WPBakery as an editor, it says there’s no content, so it can’t be used.

The site is https://goodlookingideas.com. Please go to the portfolio page and click on any of the portfolios and you’ll see the problem. I don’t know where to start. Please help, the business is suffering from this. How it happened suddenly makes no sense to me.

    Hello,

That does sound strange. In some cases, issues like this can be fixed by simply re-saving the permalink settings under Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard.

If that doesn’t help, feel free to share temporary login details in the private information field, and we’ll take a closer look for you. 🙂

    Best regards,

    Shufflehound Team
