    Good morning,

    We just bought your jevelin theme and we are setting it up on the web

    https://blog.midletonschool.com/

    We have a problem with the listing of posts by categories. The posts are correctly classified by categories but in the pages of the categories instead of showing only the posts of that category they show us the posts of all the categories.
    For example https://blog.midletonschool.com/categoria/consejos/

    Here you can see that instead of showing only the posts of the category “consejos” show us the posts of all categories.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    Please try clearing and temporarily disabling the Automptize cache that you are using on your site.

     

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Still, the automptize cache plugin is active on your site so could you please temporarily disable it as described above?

     

    Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    After further troubleshooting, I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

     

    The issue will be fixed ASAP.

    Hello,

    About the autoptimize plugin we desactivated it and when we saw that the problem was not solved, we activated it again.

    Ok, so I wait for your answer with the solution.

    The issue is resolved in the below latest version of theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
