    Hello, I have installed all the plugins required to enable the import of the carousel-slider demo of the Gillion layout, but the demo content installation did not complete successfully. Is there an alternative method (for example via FTP) to upload these data without losing existing posts and images? Thank you.

    Hello,

     

    Currently, the demo content can only be imported via the built in demo import dashboard. There is no alternative method, such as FTP import, for installing demo content without affecting existing data.

     

    To help us assist you further, could you please share more details about the error you encountered during the import process? If possible, you may also provide temporary login details via the private information field, and we will be happy to investigate the issue directly on your site.
