I bought the Jevelin theme but I have a problem with WBbakery Page Builder editor that doesn’t work on demo FOODIE. I attach a screenshot.

Also, using the FOODIE theme, the slider is not loaded, I attach other screenshot.

    Thanks for help.

    Kind regards

    Hi @natamike,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following pages.

    https://www.wikihow.com/Check-PHP-Version
    http://php.net/supported-versions.php

Also, please make sure that you had activated the Slider Revolution plugin when you imported the demo content.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

Thanks for reply, I have tried with the other demos (single product, fitness, Beauty….) and they work well with WBakery, I am working offline with software LOCAL (version 5.41+3311) and this is the version of PHP installed:

    PHP 7.1.33 (cli) (built: Jan 18 2020 13:49:07) ( NTS )
Copyright (c) 1997-2018 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v3.1.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2018 Zend Technologies

Same problem with Slider Revolution (that I installed and activated before importing the Foodie demo) that with the other demos it is regularly displayed but not with Foodie.

Also please tell me how I can switch and add other Slider Revolution Module Block from other Demo (ex. from Fitness Demo) in Foodie.

    🙁

Can I access your website to troubleshoot it?

Does the slider display in the slider revolution settings?

Also please tell me how I can switch and add other Slider Revolution Module Block from other Demo (ex. from Fitness Demo) in Foodie.

You can refer below slider revolution documentation to add modules.

I haven’t published my site yet because I can’t edit the demo, now I’m just testing and working locally with this software:

    https://localwp.com

As I already wrote I tried with other demos (Beauty) that work perfectly, instead with the Foodie demo I have that problem.

I tried using other software (MAMP instead of LOCALWP) but I have the same problem: WBAkery works well with other demos (ex. Beauty, Fitness …) but not with Foodie. I attach screenshots to better explain.

As from the screenshot I sent you can see that WPBakery it works perfectly with other demos and also Slider Revolution. So I when I open Slider Revolution with other demo I see that the Foodie’s slider settings are in.

So the main problem is that with the Foodie demo WPBakery doesn’t work.

If you see my screenshot there are many errors when I open WPBakery and doesn’t work. It seems that Foodie Demo is not compatibible with Foodie Demo.

I repeat, with other demos (ex. Beauty, Fitness and more) all works fine, just with Foodie Demo I can’t work with WPBakery.

I have imported the foodie demo content on my website and it is working fine for me.

It seems the issue is with your server configuration as described below so please make sure you have configured the server correctly.

Also, please try deleting all the content on your website using the below plugin and then import the foodie demo content.

I installed starting from scratch many times WordPress and after Jevelin Theme and Foodie Demo.

I try working with several software: MAMP, LOCAL Flywheel, Bitnami.

Now I used the plugin WP RESET as you indicated to me.

But the problem is not solved.

I have also tried using other themes like Enfold and Avata that works perfectly, and also your other demos work well

I don’t know what else to do.

I bought your Theme just because I want use the Foodie Demo.

I send a screenshot of my configuration.

Do you have any staging or development website accessible to me where I can troubleshoot it?

I have read the article but I don’t understand much cause it’s too technical for me.

I sent you a Live Link made by Local WP, direct on my PC.

As you see the demo seems work fine but I can’t customize with WPBAkery

I get the error message as shown in the attached screenshot when I try to access your shared link.

I installed on a test page and I have the same problem, I can’t edit the Foodie Demo with WPBakery. But now when I open it no more errors appear but the page is without content.

I send you the login details.
