    Dear Support service,

     

    I’m having problems with using Google map on my website

     

    https://www.itechfinance.net/

     

    As you can see in the attachment there is the message “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.”

     

    I already defined the API key and I copied it in the proper field in Theme setting.

     

    Do you know how I can solve the issue?

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    I can’t access your site as it is displaying “Sorry, we’re doing some work on the site”.

     

    Could you please make sure that the site is accessible or would you mind if I log in to your site and access it? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    I visited your shared site but didn’t see any issue with Google map as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Is the issue resolved now?

    Hello, in your screenshot the map is not fully loaded (in fact has a grey color). Refresh the page and you will see the issue.

     

    It is not connecting somehow to the API.

     

    Let me know when you see it.

    I can see the issue on your site now.

     

    I see the below error message in the browser console on visiting your site so please resolve the issue to make it work.

     

    You have exceeded your request quota for this API. See https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages?utm_source=maps_js&utm_medium=degraded&utm_campaign=billing#api-key-and-billing-errors
