    Hello,

    On BF I purchased two Jevelin themes for two differents websites, first one was ok, I downloaed from Envato and upload to WP with no problem. The second one, I delay some months in this instalation, gives me problem when I upload the theme to wordpress.

     

    Please help.

    The problem, a almost surre, that is with the .zip, something about 2 purchases of the same product

    By inspecting the screenshot looks like you are uploading theme file in the plugin section where only plugin zip files are allowed. Please try to upload it under appearance/themes section. That should fix your issue.

     

    Let us know if that works.
