    Hello,

    I cant activate the revolution slider with the Item Purchase Code.

    I downloaded it from themeforest, but he’s saying it’s invalid code.

    Please help me.

    If i want to get the licenses via https://account.sliderrevolution.com/, i also get this message. I logged in with my themeforrest account.

    Hi Fabian,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    If you have not purchased the slider revolution plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not a direct customer of that plugin so can not activate that plugin.

     

    To use the plugin you don’t need a purchase code, you can just install and update the plugin from Appearance -> Install Plugins
