Hi,
I am trying to create 2 separate portfolio page for my website eg.
For the Treatment Page – I have configured the filter to only show 4 categories and somehow only 3 categories are shown.
For Product Page – I don’t need the filter, in which I’ve set to ‘None’ however upon page load, ALL categories of portfolio came out which includes those meant for ‘Treatment Page’
Is there any way for me to configure these pages properly so it does not intertwine?
Hi @leeberty,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share the page URLs from your site where it is displaying so that I can help you?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Both are supposed to be the portfolio for different categories, but the filter is not working properly. And both pages are showing ‘All’ categories.
Treatment Page:

Product Page:

I can see you are using an older version of the theme on your shared site so please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Hi, I have updated the theme to your latest version, however, the portfolio is still not separated on 2 different pages. And at the same time, my ‘Treatment’ page does not show all the category chosen.
For the Treatment Page – I have configured the filter to only show 4 categories and somehow only 3 categories are shown.
I visited your shared Solutions page but it is not accessible and just displays 404 page not found error.
Please make sure that it is accessible.
For Product Page – I don’t need the filter, in which I’ve set to ‘None’ however upon page load, ALL categories of portfolio came out which includes those meant for ‘Treatment Page’
I can see the filter is not displayed on that page as shown in the attached screenshot so could you please tell me exactly what is the issue there?
Effectively. The same happens to me.
I have updated the topic today and it follows the same problem.
On the page I have the Portfolio feature and in Categories I specify one and it shows them all to me. I want only one and not all of them, but it seems that this field does not read it or does not work correctly.
You already told me if you could solve it.
Thank you.
@npc Let’s resolve the issue in your below topic.
