    Hello,

    I’ve just bought your theme and installed a demo content. I’m trying to save basic settings and after a refresh they reset. I try to assign the menu location and it’s not saving. I tried on another theme and it’s working fine, but on your theme doesn’t work. Can you check it, please?

    It is database related issue on your site.

     

    To resolve the issue along with site login details, i need site FTP or cPanel file manager details so that i can resolve it by accessing your site files and database.

    It was database related issue on your site but not sure why it occurred only on your site.
