We use Gillion in the current version with WordPress 5.0.X.

On the start page we have added an element in the backend with the help of the WPBakery Page Builder: “Blog Posts Categories”

You can find the configurations in “screenshot_backend.png”. What this looks like in the frontend you can find in “screenshot_frontend.jpg”. If you click on a category (e.g. “Events”) the filter “Events” will be activated, but the page always scrolls down (see “screenshot_after_cklicking_on_events.png”). This is of course very unattractive for use.

Can you help us here? 🙂

    Hi @timo.borkowski,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Could you please try using below latest version of the theme?

Thank you for your quick response. 🙂

I’ve installed today’s update (Gillion 3.1.4). This doesn’t help. Is your beta-version newer than the today’s update?

I can see on your shared site that you are still using older version 3.1.2 and not 3.1.4

Please update it as described in the below page.

I’ve followed this instructions and it still doesn’t work. How can I check that there is the newest version on our system. For me it says that there is the latest edition on our WordPress-side.

I am using your “Gillion child”-theme. Is this probably the problem?

You can check it as described in the below pages.

No, if you have not made any changes in it.

Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
