I have recently made some updates on my web. PHP upgrade, wordpress update, Jevelin theme update, plugin updates. After this my slider is gone. No slider on my webpage. Any thoughts?
Hi @Tihi123,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Are you using the latest version of the Slider revolution on your website?
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
This is the link to my website:

I’m using slider revolution v. 6.2.6., that’s the latest if I’m not mistaken.
Thnx!
The latest slider revolution version is 6.2.19
It seems you are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/installing-demo/
Please login to access this file
Please clear your browser cache after updating the theme so that the latest js and CSS files will be loaded.
I have installed Jevelin Beta 4.7.1.5
It says import data ERROR
now the website is completely scrambled and pretty much all my data is gone!!!
Your website is not accessible and displays a message “Get Ready… Something Really Cool Is Coming Soon” so could you please make sure that it is accessible so that I can help you?
It says import data ERROR
Where and when are you getting this error?
Are you getting this error on importing the demo content?
Yes I get this info when I upload import demo
The demo import has finished, but there were some import errors.
More details about the errors can be found in this log file
I don’t see any error in the log shared in the private field and your shared log file is not accessible.
Please try to share the screenshot of the error.
From your shared screenshot it seems the import process failed to import just one image file and this is not a major issue as your demo content gets imported successfully.
Do you face any issue after importing the demo content?
There’s another issue, but this one I noticed before any PHP, wordpress, jevelin theme and plugin updates. I don’t know if this is conflicted with this process in any way.
Where are you getting this session_start issue?
Could you please share the screenshot of the issue?
It is caused by the Unyson plugin and not by the Jevelin theme as it gets resolved when we deactivate the Unyson plugin.
