Hi creators of Gillion,
Bought the theme last week and i’m very happy with it! But I have one major problem that needs to be fixed but I cant figure out how.
The Shufflehound Social Counter works perfect (Google+, Instagram and Youtube), except Facebook. The counter doesn’t show up after filling in the Username, App ID and App Secret.
Please help me out since Facebook is a major part of my business.

PS. Bonus question, how do I enable Populair Posts widget?
UPDATE: This morning I opened the website and the YouTube and Google+ Counters are also gone. Only Instagram is working (and updated with the correct followers).

I installed the plugin. But it doesnt look like the same. Do I need to add a cutom HTML for the styling?

This is a known issue which will be resolved ASAP.
In the meanwhile, you can resolve it by using the attached Gillion child theme.

You have just installed the child theme but not yet activated it as shown in the attached screenshot so please activate it and configure the Social counter widget again.
Done. But know no difference except….see attachment.
Did you know that there is no need for any app-id or anything else for Facebook except a username. Almost no social counters arent working anymore because of the GPDR. Lots of plugins on envato arent also working anymore. Maybe this is the problem? Or am I the only one?
Now you are not using Social counter widget on your site so please activate it and configure the Social counter widget again as requested above.

Please share me the screenshot from your site where it is displaying and tell me in which widget area you have added it.
The issue is resolved in the below latest version of the theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
