Please check the site again. The default form displays in a weird way.

If you see the footer, I used the widget but the form does not customize the way it should. Looks like a broken link

looks perfect. Can you let me know the issue? is it because I have downloaded different demos?
I can see you have added below your own MailChimp form style that overrides the site stylesheet causing this issue so please remove it.

How do I remove the form style?
