    Hi there,

    We found that the number of views displayed in the blog is different from the number of views in the GA, such as this article, https://blog.switch-bot.com/home-energy-budget-getting-you-down-its-time-to -save-more/, the number of views recorded by GA exceeds 100, but the page only shows 26. How to fix it?

    Hi there,

     

    It is possible that due to cache this feature isn’t working correctly.

    Please try to go to Gillion Settings (at the topbar) > Post > Post View Count and change it to On (slow, works with cache plugins).

    When I select On (slow, works with cache plugins), I view my blog but no pageviews are recorded. How to fix it?

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry for our late response.

     

    It might be related to your performance optimization plugin. We can see some broken JavaScript and most likely the performance plugin is causing it. You could test it with a disabled performance optimization plugin to see if it is causing it.
