I am unable to upload theme please see the below error.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems from your shared screenshot that you have installed the Gillion theme but having an issue importing the demo content.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Gillion theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure that you are using below latest version of the theme.
Are you using nginx server locally?
