    Hi,

     

    Theme is not working on older devices when load the site then show blank screen . page doesn’t load properly.

    Old Devices:

    ipad2, iOS9

    ipad3, iOS9

    iphone4, iOS9

     

    Please let me know solution on high priority.

    Also I can see you are using outdated version of PHP on your site as shown in the attached screenshot so please update it to the latest version by contacting your web host.

    Can you please share the release notes for updated version. Why I need to update PHP version for loading page? Can you please explain.

    It is not theme specific but WordPress specific.

    To run WordPress it recommends your host supports PHP version 7.2 or greater. Please see https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

     

    Also see http://php.net/supported-versions.php

    You are using outdated PHP version which WordPress doesn’t support.

    I have the same problem on iPad2.  https://gangfree.howlingtomcat.com/

     

    https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/ and the preview on ThemeForest also do not work on iPad2.
