I am currently trying to remodel our website, without removing the current theme that is active. While WordPress has its preview theme option, it is primitive and does not show all of the full features for Jevelin. I am looking for a plugin or way to be able to utilize all of the functions of the theme while building the site, before publishing it live. Does any one have any recommendations on the best way to do this? Also, is there a file included which gives directions on setting up the site based off of one of the demos?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can just create replica of your current site which you can use as development site. On that site please install Jevelin theme and configure it as described in the theme documentation as displayed in the attached screenshot.
