I would like help to update my theme (Gillion). I’m afraid of losing everything I customized in Gilion with the update. Can this happen?How is the best way to update?
And what do you recommend to back up what I have today and come back in case of a problem?

If you have not made any changes in the theme file code then you don’t need to worry as you won’t lose any changes made.
How is the best way to update?
You can download the below latest version of the theme and update it as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
And what do you recommend to back up what I have today and come back in case of a problem?
You can use the below plugin to take a backup of your website and the theme.
