Hi,
I updated wordpress and the top bar on the website I manage has duplicated.
It also has a white background with rounded edges. Before it had no background… it was transparent. Which is what I want again.
Plus when I go to the Theme Settings the page is blank.
How can I remove the top bar on the website that has been duplicated and make it transparent?

Could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the WP Rocket Cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?
I visited your website and It seems you are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

I logged into your website using the shared credentials but could not access the admin area of the website as I am getting redirected to the homepage.
Please advise.

I logged into your website and could access the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please test it clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
The white background was displaying because of the button white background added in the slider that I have removed.
Could you please check it now?
