Unable to edit text blocks (error message)

Hello,

I am having trouble editing any text blocks as every time I try to click any of the pre-installed blocks (I downloaded the construction template) it just comes up with an error message (attached) which means I can’t do anything.

Please can you help?

Please make sure you are using latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following page.
