Hello,
As you suggested, I cloned my website to rebuild using WPBakery. On my cloned version, there is no automatic update option. My dashboard says, “Please note that with a single purchase code you can receive updates only on one website at a time.”
Can I enter in my purchase code on my cloned site too, or should I update my cloned site manually? If so, where can I get the zip file to manually update?

Your purchase code will work only at one site at a time.
You can either activate one site, update it, and then activate another site and update, and then again you can activate the first site.
