    Now I have removed the link and replaced it with an embedded coded but it went back to its previous state. that’s white small box when you click on the play icon.

    I logged in to your site but didn’t find any Video URL added in the post as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Please advise.

    Yes that was what i was saying. I removed and use an embedded code in the text area.

    This is not how the pop up video works.

     

    You have to add URL of video in the Video URL field of post to display it in the popup.
