    Hi

    I’ve noticed the video background on my homepage doesn’t not play on mobile version. See attached screenshots. It just looks like a simple black background. How can I fix this?

    Hi there,

     

    It seems that it is how WPBakery page builder works on the mobile version.

    We managed to overwrite it with custom CSS that we added under Jevelin Settings > Custom CSS/JS.

     

    Can you please take a look? 🙂

    Thanks! I had a look the cover image of the video appears now but still does not play in background?

    It seems that the WPbakery page builder doesn’t support it on mobile devices.

     

    We have found a plugin, which might fix it for you here.

    Please test it and let us know if that works.

    Hi, thank you. I have downloaded the plugin however when I follow the plugin instructions the video still does not play. Are you able to look into the settings for me incase I’m not doing something correctly?

    Yes, we tried multiple solutions, but it seems that this functionality (playing videos without user input) is restricted on mobile devices.
