How to put a vídeo running right on the list of posts?

Please try setting post format to video and adding the video URL in the video field as shown in the attached screenshot.

You can achieve this as described above by setting post format to Video and configuring its settings.

To use that feature, you have to use Classic editor as described in the below pages.
